After 19 years in residential real estate and property management, growing one of the largest and most successful brokerages, Steven became involved in vacation rentals after he and his wife purchased a TX Gulf Coast home for rental purposes. He soon discovered, there was significant room for improvement when it came to traditional firms' antiquated marketing methods, rental performance forecasting, quality control/cleanliness and home care/maintenance. He saw the gap and seized the opportunity to systematize and consistently deliver a delightful guest stay while providing owners with the expert home care, communication, and their desired income goals (guaranteed). Through the creativity of Steven and Drew, the 5-star vacation rental experience without necessitating a 5-star cash outlay on the behalf of their homeowner clients, was implemented.
