DANIEL

Head of Maintenance

Daniel keeps the wheels turning at 979 Vacation Rentals as our Head of Maintenance. A natural-born problem solver who truly loves to fix things, Daniel treats every home in our portfolio as if it were his own. Leading a dedicated team that includes two skilled maintenance managers, he ensures everything from the AC units to the deck railings is kept in pristine shape for our guests and owners. When he’s not busy keeping our coastal properties running flawlessly, you can find him out on the water chasing waves—he’s an avid surfer who knows the local breaks just as well as he knows our homes.
