The Condo was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and quiet and we loved it. Our only issue was streaming TV...Would of loved regular cable, but understand why the TV is set up like it is. Thank you Tim & Rose Donohue

This condo truly felt like our home away from home — we will never stay anywhere else in Galveston! Being right on the beach with breathtaking views made every day special. The outdoor showers were a lifesaver with our two little kids, and the heated pool was always sparkling clean and inviting. Inside, the condo was spotless, cozy, and stocked with absolutely everything we could possibly need. Our kids loved the game room, ping pong, putt-putt, and all the other activities, while we appreciated how secure the property felt with key fobs and a 24-hour concierge. The hosts went above and beyond — so friendly, quick to respond, and made the entire experience stress-free. Check-out was simple and easy. We left already planning our next trip back!

We loved this condo and being ocean front. The double balconies were wonderful and made the space feel very open. The place was stocked with everything we needed! We would love to come back someday

Everything was as described - clean, well stocked & amazing location & views. We would definitely stay there again. From what we saw in the week we were there, it is definitely one of the best places to stay in Galveston, quiet yet close to everything. The layout of the condo is perfect for a family or two couples, great common space & plenty of privacy. Very comfortable. Kitchen was a dream for meals there & balconies were an extra added bonus - we spent most of our time out there enjoying the view - even during storms, as they are so large and covered. The building & all the people we encountered were wonderful & it truly is beautiful there. Friendly & attentive hosts who saw to every need made for a really great vacation. Hoping to return in the future, as we really enjoyed all aspects of our vacation there. The people of Galveston were so nice, and everywhere we ate out was impressive & delicious. Loved our stay there!

Spacious, condo in 2008 building. Huge covered balconies with table and lounge seating. Great 180 degree view of the Gulf, the lagoon, the town, and the ship channel. Always things to see. Well-equipped kitchen. Laundry. Covered parking with 11’ clearance. Very secure facility with key fob access required for entries and Elevators. Great access to the beach. Easy drive to the restaurants on Seawall Blvd and in the Strand area.

Property is nice. Pool area is a little small for a condo this large. Beach access is easy and it was very quiet and not crowded on the beach. The unit was nice and clean. We had an abundance of ants during our stay but that could have been from the rain. The tv in the living room could use a Roku or fire stick so you can get newer streaming apps. We couldn’t get direct tv and had to stream/mirror from a device. All the bedrooms have Roku or newer TVs. A bigger couch would also be nice. It was very stiff and small would return to this unit and condo.

Palisade Palms is phenomenal. The easy beach access, the sparkling clean beach, the complimentary beach chairs and the deck with high back stools to sit and watch the waves are great. The property itself is beautiful. The pool area, stellar. The condo with two balconies is perfect. I only wish the bed would be a smidge softer, and the couch would be a regular cushy couch (for comforts sake) not a sofa bed. Just wishes on my part. This is the second time we have stayed there in the last twelve months, and we would stay there again.

The condo was very nice, spacious, and kid friendly. The entire unit was very clean. Communication with the 979 team was excellent. Our kids really enjoyed the pool area. Overall, we would stay here again!

The property is very nice. The unit itself had a nicely equipped kitchen. The carpets in the bedrooms were filthy. When I asked that they be cleaned the management company sent someone over the next day. The second bedroom is listed as having a queen bed- it’s a double. There are no extra blankets so if you get cold bring your own

We were impressed when we walked in the door. The condo had every thing to we needed. The condo itself is spacious with great views on both sides. The kitchen was just right & we do cook in most evenings. The bed was comfortable. The facility had some nice amenities-coffee in the morning, a game room & an awesome fitness center. We used them all including the pool. We did enjoy some nice restaurants. The only drawback is you do have to drive everywhere. Even so, we would definitely like to return to this property.

This property has fantastic amenities and direct access to the beach. We had never been to Galveston before and it was great to not have to cross any major road to get to the beach, and not have to fight with finding parking. It's about 1 mile walk up the beach to the public beach, which can then put you on the main seawall strip. The property has a fun game room, and a large gym with sauna. The staff was helpful a d very nice. We were there when there were some storms and I was amazed at how quiet it was even though it was 25+mph winds.

Condo is located on the west side of the west tower on the 3rd floor. This gave the feeling of privacy when on either balcony. There is a large game room at the other end of the hall on 3rd floor also. Everything about this unit was 1st class. We would definitely stay here again. It is actually nicer than the pictures which almost never happens!

Check in was easy and the young lady at the desk even walked with us to show us where everything was and how things worked! Unit was as advertised, spacious, comfortable with spectacular views. Had a snow storm while we were there which limited our beach activities, but the location was such that we could easily enjoy the many activities that the island offers. Galveston is a great destination!

This complex is just beautiful! The heated pools, gym, game room and sauna was utilized during our entire stay. The condo we stayed it had 2 balconies with beautiful views of beach and bay! We ate dinner every evening on balcony!! My only complaint was 4 towels were provided for the entire week for 4 people?? 2 per person would of been more appropriate!! There was a musty smell when we arrived which eventually did subside some!! Use some real plants to keep odors away!! We will be back next year! God willing!

Chair with leg about to break, broken chairs in both decks, black mold in master shower, used, bar of soap in guest bath, feces on bath mat in guest bathroom, dirty air vents,cereal on floor in kitchen at time of arrival, and an expired fire extinguisher. Big violation. Great location and friendly people and staff.
