Very nice place and nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach was nice as well. Would definitely book again.

Such a great place for visiting with each other. The layout is open with comfy furniture and had enough space for the 5 of us with our dog. The walk to the beach is short and easy. Beds were comfy. Ain't no joke about it being warmer upstairs though, so bring an extra layer of pajamas if you're sleeping downstairs so that you can crank the a/c for upstairs. Kitchen had everything we needed but had some cleanliness issues that we discussed with the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Family stayed for over a month and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Would definitely stay again. Beach is very close, walking distance, and the staff that manages the home were available 24/7.

The Aloha House was in a fantastic neighborhood. It was a block away from the beach and a more private beach location compared to the overly crowded Galveston beach off the seawall. The house was very cute, loved the decor and slept all of us. A few things to point out: The small spiral staircase is the only way upstairs and is difficult to haul luggage up and down. My dogs were unable to climb those stairs and it's not ideal for those in their elderly years. The upstairs bedrooms are much warmer than the downstairs. Thankfully they provided fans in each of the rooms but it was still on the warmer side when sleeping. I was quite pleased with the accommodations. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. FYI: if you leave your belongings on the beach, the city will remove them and you'll lose everything! We were not aware and lost it all, this should be noted in the welcome book. But overall loved the house!

Thank you for allowing us to host your stay at Aloha House, and we're glad you loved it! We appreciate the compliments, suggestions and tips for future guests. We haven't had any guests leave items (or at least mention leaving them) on the public beach overnight before as the items often get torn or blow into the sea, unfortunately. So the city picks them up. However, we can certainly add the beach rules to our Guest Guide. Sorry about the expensive mistake. Thanks again!

Great location, beach is close and was not crowded. House was clean and smelled nice on arrival. Kitchen had most everything you need to prepare food and it had essentials such as, salt, pepper, starter trash bags, paper towels, etc. We did wish it had a blender. Main room had a large TV and lots of great family games and puzzles. The only small issue was upstairs tended to be a little warm because it’s a single unit A/C system and the thermostat is located on the main floor. Main floor temperature tended to feel chilly to keep upstairs comfortable.

As for the AC distribution, being the hottest summer on record, it has been hard on all the AC systems and causing some inefficiencies. We apologize for the chilly inconvenience but are glad the AC was cooling. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay!

The property was so stunning, and our family (4 adults and a 3-year-old) had a lovely time in balmy Galveston. The house was so cute, the couch and beds were very comfy, and it was an easy 2-block walk to the beach. The decorations were so festive! I loved the Hawaiian theme. The 4 queen beds and children's toys in the upstairs bunk room were all great. My son loved all of the children's books and graphic novels. The only items I missed included in some rentals we considered were beach chairs/toys. A couple tissue boxes and a little more shampoo/conditioner/body wash per person also would have been appreciated. Do pay heed to the warnings about the teeny-tiny spiral staircase; it was a little treacherous. The downstairs shower door also was pretty hard to open/close. Parking and checkin/out were super easy; the outdoor shower and outdoor furniture were lovely to use. Our dog was very comfortable and we were so glad to get to bring him. Kitchen fully stocked and we cooked some fun meals. I loved the giant TV in the living room too; we had a fun movie night. We definitely would stay here again!

Great spot. Everything you need is here. Beach is right down the way and never crowded. Golf cart not essential, but is very useful. Highly recommend this place!

Only had trouble with WiFi connection which affected TV. Smoke alarm went off few times when door left open, we guessing (not cooking). But we had great get away. Comfortable and beautiful house. Easy walk to beach. Enjoyed and highly recommend.

Overall great property with the cutest theme and style. Also very prompt responses once you get the direct 979 customer care line once inside the home. Unfortunately we had some serious cleanliness issues discovered late at night in the upstairs bathroom despite the 979 claim of being the “cleanest” but they did their utmost to correct the situation quickly (although I had to clean bathroom myself out of disgust at midnight) They had cleaners come out ASAP the next day once I informed them with photo evidence and even though there was only two concerns within the home the cleaners completely re-cleaned the entire home, changed all linens, left fresh towels and even ran the dishwasher for us. Aside from that it was a 5 star stay with easy access to Pirates Beach!

This house has a great location only two blocks from the beach. The interior of the home was actually cuter/nicer than it appears online. It was well stocked with all we needed for our short stay. We could not get the outdoor party lights to work but I know the electrician had just come to change out that plug so the property management team was working on it. The only other issue we had was a bug in the silverware drawer, which could happen anywhere. I notified them so they could get a pest control visit. I would stay here again, although the tight spiral staircase would make me nervous if I had very young children. The house was clean and well cared for.

We loved our stay at Aloha! Perfect location in a safe neighborhood. Very Short walk to the beach! House is super clean and the beds and bedsheets are the best! Additionally all furniture is chosen with love and we really felt at home! We were able to bring our dogs, which makes it even more enjoyable! We definitely will rent this house again!

Property was super nice and clean! Decorated really cute and the beds were comfy!! Our ONLY complaint was the bedrooms are warm and not much airflow, otherwise absolutely perfect stay! Love the deck and we spent the majority of our time outside! Super close to the water!
