With 3 spacious bedrooms and study/ bonus room with attached full bath & total of 3.5 baths, you have plenty of room for you and your getaway group. Kitchen boasts maple custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, granite counters, large pantry and plenty recessed lighting. Plus, wood burning fireplace in the light and bright living area, jetted tub & walk-in shower in the main level master bedroom, plenty of closet space and private deck off the master suite.

Stop by the nearby Blue Water Bar & Grill for lunch or utilize their convenience store to snag some basic supplies and beverages, fill your bait bucket and/or rent a golf cart. Enjoy the Gulfside's uncrowded pedestrian beach (no cars allowed for 300 yards but golf carts welcomed) where you can setup your group's spot for the day on the beach to build sandcastles, jump in the frothy surf, find unique shells and sand dollars, boogie board, shore & surf fish and build an evening bonfire while you listen to the waves under a sea of stars. Or if preferred, utilize the available launch for your boat or fishing pier on the bayside. So much to do so little time!

San Luis Pass and Treasure Island have been known all over the United States for being a saltwater fishing hotspot and the most amazing sunrises & sunsets! It is 15 minutes from Surfside and across the bridge from Galveston's west end and only about 30 minutes to the heart of Galveston Island's activities. Most people come to the area to spend quality 'non-commercialized" time with family, extended family, and friend on a clean beach with excellent fishing conveniently located between Galveston and Surfside Beach. It is close enough to take a day trip to Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and The Strand, or grab lunch/dinner at the numerous waterfront restaurants including the nearby Beachfront Bar & Grill (1.6mi) and Surfside's Seahorse Bar & Grill, Red Snapper Inn and Beach Front Deck Bar & Grill.

NOTE: While there is a basic grocery/convenience mart (Bright Lite) in the neighborhood and Seven Seas Grocery about 10 -15 min away, we do suggest, given this is on an island, you purchase your groceries ahead of time or at least plan to make a bit of a drive for most extensive purchases.

It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.
