Q. Can I request an early check-in and access instructions?
A. Early check-ins are not available. We want to ensure our cleaning crew has ample time and your home's walk-through has been completed prior to your stay which every minute counts, especially when we have back to back guests. We have very high standards for your stay!
Check-in time is 4 PM on your arrival date. You will have your lockbox code within 24 hours of check-in sent to you through text msg and email.
979 Vacation Rentals utilizes a keyless entry system for all our homes. No waiting in lines or congested parking for check-in. Your door lock code will begin working at 4 PM on your check-in date. You easily access the home at that time.
Q. Is smoking allowed?
A. Smoking is not allowed at any of our properties inside the home nor on the home’s grounds in general.
Q: What supplies can I expect to find in the home?
A. 979 provides a guest stay starter kit including hotel luxury grade shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pacs/pods, kitchen trash bags, and small trash can liners. If there is something specific you require, please bring it with you.
Q. Will I have to complete a guest rental agreement?
A. Yes, all reservations require guests to complete our rental agreement via our easy online system. Specific terms may vary by property.
Q: Can I bring my dog along?
A. We love dogs and are allowed in most of our homes. Prior to bringing your dog, you will need to confirm with 979, complete pet addendum and pay the required pet fee
Q: What is your maximum occupancy policy?
For your safety and the care of the home, all our rental properties have a maximum occupancy number you will find in the property's description. The maximum occupancy includes all adults and children.
We may be able to do an exception for one (not two, three or four) baby in a pack-in-play/crib or on a case-by-case basis on a prior notice. However, this needs to be requested and confirmed by us prior to booking.
Large gatherings (like parties, events) are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances (even for a short period of time) and will result in immediate eviction for forfeiture of all monies paid.
